We are now accepting referrals for Support Coordination and are ready to work alongside NDIS participants, families, nominees, carers and service providers to help people get the most out of their NDIS plans.

Our Support Coordinators provide practical, person-centred support to help participants understand their plan, connect with the right services, build confidence, and coordinate supports in a way that aligns with their goals, preferences and everyday life.

Service area: We currently provide Support Coordination services across Darwin and Palmerston.

Support level: We offer Level 2 Support Coordination to help participants understand and use their NDIS plan, connect with suitable providers, and build capacity to manage supports with greater confidence.
