Autism NT is committed to shine a positive light on autism. We are dedicated to raising awareness, acceptance and understanding about Autism.
By taking part in Be Awesome for Autism in the NT, you’ll be supporting neurodiverse territorians, their families, and their supports to receive the guidance and advice they require.

How does it work?
Sign up to take part in the online walk to raise funds and increase awareness of autism in the Northern Territory.
Register as an Individual or create a team. Set a distance, make a fundraising goal, put together your team and walk to raise funds and awareness of autism in the Northern Territory.
Smash your fundraising goal with your own online profile page. Every dollar you raise stays in the NT to continue supporting the neurodiverse community.
What can I do?
Move for Autism in the NT
Take part in the online walk throughout the month of April. Set a distance, make a fundraising goal, put together a team and walk to raise funds and awareness of autism in the Northern Territory.
Make it fun
Add some Fun, Fancy Dress - Choose a theme, colour or wear a onesie, have some fun, post on socials to raise funds for autism in the NT
Host an Event
Create and host your own event or activity. Host a morning tea or make it a competition to see who can walk (or run) the furthest throughout April.
About the Event
Who Can Register?
Anyone! Whether you’re an individual, a group of friends, a workplace, school group – registering to Be Awesome for Autism is a fun thing to do.
Children can be registered under their parent/guardian.
How Much does it cost?
The Annual Autism Walk is free for all.
Register as an individual or put together a team and walk your target to raise funds and awareness of Autism in the NT.
Is there a minimum I must raise?
There is no minimum, raise as much as you can. Every dollar stays in the NT.
Can I post my photos and happenings?
Definitely! We’d love to see what you’re up to and encourage you to tag us in your Facebook and Instagram posts and stories.

How do I bank my offline fundraising money?
For security and transparency, the best way is through your online fundraising page with your credit/debit card and/or Paypal, or by dropping the money directly into to the Autism NT Office.
