Did you know that April is Autism Month?
Autism NT are dedicating the entire month of April to raising funds and increasing awareness, acceptance and understanding of Autism in the Northern Territory.
Join us throughout the month of April for our Online Walk for Autism. Whether you jump, skip or run you'll be helping to increase awareness, acceptance and understanding for Autism in the NT. You can also register as an individual or team to show your support and raise funds for Autism NT.
Be Awesome for Autism in the NT
The 2024 Annual Autism Walk is being held online throughout the month of April. Register as an Individual or create a team. Set a distance, make a fundraising goal, put together your team and walk to raise funds and awareness of autism in the Northern Territory.
You can help by raising awareness, acceptance and understanding of autism by raising vital funds to keep Autism NT supporting the neurodiverse community. Every dollar raised will stay in the NT to assist individuals, families and professionals within the Territory.
Grab a snag this Autism Month
Head on down to Bunnings Palmerston this Autism Month to grab yourself a snag and be Awesome for Autism in the NT.
The amazing team at Being Mentors are showing their support and being Awesome for Autism in the NT this Autism Month by running the Sausage Sizzle on Wednesday the 17th of April. Come on down and join us between 9am and 2pm to grab yourself a snag.

Raffle Drawn - Monday 29th April
The Amazing team at 3 Maas & a Rara will be spending the month of April raising funds to support the Autism community in the NT.
We are a group of like-minded mums, and a Grandmother, affectionately know as our Ra Ra, raising awareness and funding for Autism NT.
Our passion and drive comes from our own personal experiences, as each member of the team has a loved one on the spectrum. Our group came together organically after discovering we all faced similar challenges with preconceived notions in our community of what Autism should look and sound like. Our hope is that we help move from awareness to understanding and acceptance, giving our kids a safer, more inclusive community to thrive in.
Each year we get together during the month of April with a distance goal locked in, then we hit the pavements around Darwin and Palmerston, raising money for Autism NT while we walk.
We would love for more people to get involved and come along on a walk with us.
